CACI International Acquisition of L-3 National Security Solutions

CACI announced the acquisition of L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS) on December 8, 2015 for $550 million. NSS, headquartered in Reston, VA, brought ~4,000 employees (90%+ security-cleared) and roughly $1 billion in annual revenue. The deal was expected to close in early 2016 and expand CACI’s capabilities in Enterprise IT, intelligence, cyber, and C4 solutions.
