Background & Experience

Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Josh takes pride in negotiating the best deal, both quantitatively and qualitatively, for his clients. Josh holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives. Prior to his current role at Hyde Park Capital, Josh served as an Associate for Cross Keys Capital, a middle-market investment bank located in South Florida. At Cross Keys, Josh specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare services space.

Education

Josh graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Community Service

Josh is committed to giving back to the communities of Tampa and his hometown of Melbourne, FL. He actively supports organizations such as Metropolitan Ministries and Toys For Tots. Notably, he assists at an annual “Backpacks for the Homeless” event in Melbourne, working with local vendors and community members to assemble and distribute over 500 backpacks filled with essential supplies to those in need. His dedication to these initiatives reflects his passion for community service and improving the lives of others.
