Seasonal Analyst Program
Hyde Park Capital is seeking candidates for its Seasonal Investment Banking Analyst Program. Our competitive program offers exposure to sourcing and execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory assignments. Seasonal Analysts are treated as valuable team members, while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative, fun, and dynamic environment. Our mentorship program gives Seasonal Analysts an opportunity to network throughout Hyde Park Capital, with significant exposure to and collaboration with junior and senior investment bankers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building financial models and performing valuation analysis
- Conducting industry and company due diligence
- Creating industry reports and client presentations
- Supporting deal execution and pitch processes
Location and Availability:
Located in our Tampa office, Seasonal Analysts must be able to work full-time.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic record (GPA > 3.5) and an interest in Finance (Accounting, Business Economics, and Finance concentrations are preferred but not mandatory)
- A general understanding of financial statements and valuations of public and private businesses
- Superior analytical skills, financial acumen, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet specific deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with a drive for continuous improvement
- A strong work ethic, a desire to work in a fast-paced professional environment, and the ability to learn quickly
- Previous experience in investment banking is preferred
