Astra / Holicity SPAC Merger (2021) Astra Space merged with Holicity Inc., a SPAC, to become the first publicly traded space launch company on NASDAQ (ticker: ASTR). The deal was valued at approximately $2.1 billion, raising up to $500 million in cash proceeds.
