Joe Pennington serves as a Vice President at Hyde Park Capital.

Industry Focus

Joe mainly focuses on the healthcare industry, but he also supports the firm’s mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising, and corporate finance efforts across a variety of industries.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, Joe served as an Analyst at Associated Bank with their Private Equity Finance team in Chicago. He holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives.

Education

Joe graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration. While at USC, he was involved with the Trojan Investing Society, Student Alumni Society, and Joint Educational Project.

Joe Pennington is a Wisconsin native and passionate fan of the Packers, Bucks, Brewers, and Trojans. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and playing with his dog, Bear.
