Tampa, Fl – June 5, 2025Hyde Park Capital (HPC) is proud to announce that three of its senior investment bankers, Chris Fieschko, Matt Gladdish, and Josh Paul, have been recognized as winners of The M&A Advisor’s 16th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards. The Emerging Leaders Awards celebrate a distinguished group of rising stars who are shaping the future of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance.

Award recipients were chosen by an independent panel of judges for their forward-thinking approach, leadership, and contributions to their communities. They will be honored at the 2025 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit, taking place September 15 and 16 in New York City, where industry leaders, past honorees, and emerging voices will come together to share insights and shape the future of the industry.

Award-Winning Professionals

Chris Fieschko, Managing Director of HPC, brings over 12 years of investment banking experience. He has advised clients on more than 40 M&A and capital-raising transactions for publicly traded and privately held businesses across numerous sectors, ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion. Chris’s sector coverage at HPC includes both Healthcare and Technology, with a focus on Enterprise Software, HCIT and Fintech. As a career investment banker, Chris has held positions at other middle-market banks, including Jefferies and Raymond James. He holds a B.S. in Microbiology and Finance from Cornell University and is a registered securities professional with Series 79 and 63 licenses.

Matt Gladdish, Director of HPC, leads the firm’s business and industrial services industry groups. Matt’s subsectors of focus include residential & commercial trade services, facilities services, HCM and professional services, specialty manufacturing and distribution. He is dedicated to driving maximum value and finding the right strategic or financial partners for clients. Matt holds the Series 79 and 63 licenses and graduated with a B.S. in Finance and a Business Management minor from the University of South Florida. He actively serves on the advisory board of GrowFL and the board of the University of South Florida’s Student Managed Investment Fund.

Josh Paul, Senior Vice President of HPC, specializes in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the healthcare services sector. Josh leads HPC’s effort in Physician Practice Management, Home Healthcare, and Medical Devices. Josh is committed to negotiating the best deals, both quantitatively and qualitatively, for his clients. Before his current role at HPC, Josh served as an Associate at a middle-market investment bank in South Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and holds the Series 79 and 63 securities licenses.
