Matt has played a key role in the continued growth of Hyde Park Capital’s Industrials and Business Services practice, advising founder- and family-owned businesses on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and private capital raises.

His experience leading complex transaction processes, combined with a strategic and analytical approach, has earned him the trust of business owners seeking to maximize value and identify the right long-term partner for their companies. Matt brings analytical rigor, thoughtful strategy, and a client-first mindset to each engagement.

Matt holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives.

Education

Matt graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Business Management.
