Luke Horanski serves as a Vice President at Hyde Park Capital.

Luke brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of industries, with a focus on Industrials and Business Services.
Background & Experience
Luke brings a unique blue-collar background to his investment banking practice, having previously worked in the construction field where he has served in a multitude of different capacities, including on the jobsite and engaging in corporate development initiatives. Today, Luke plays an instrumental role in Hyde Park Capital’s geographic expansion efforts, having transitioned from the firm’s headquarters in Tampa, Florida to a leadership role in Nashville, Tennessee where he focuses on expanding the firm’s presence in the broader Mid-South region. His distinctive perspective and deep understanding of founder- and family-owned business dynamics enable him to guide clients through the complexities of mergers and acquisitions processes with clarity and confidence. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association for Corporate Growth, Dealmaker Forum, Birmingham Alternative Investment Group, and the Association of Building Contractors, among others.
Education
Luke earned a B.A. in Economics from Virginia Tech, where he also captained the varsity baseball team, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maine. He is a FINRA registered securities professional and holds the Series 79 license.
Awards & Recognition
Luke was honored as the University of Maine Business School’s “Under 40 Award” winner in 2023 and has also previously received several academic and athletic accolades during his time as a collegiate athlete. In addition, Luke has served as a lead banker on several transactions that have earned “Deal of the Year” honors, in industry groups and trade publications.
Interests & Hobbies
Originally from small-town Canada, Luke proudly represented his country in international competition as a member of the Canadian National Baseball Team. Today, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their newborn son.
