Hyde Park Capital Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of SunAir Services Corporation to Massey Services. SunAir Services, Inc. (SNR-AMEX) is the parent company of Middleton Lawn & Pest Control, one of the largest termite, pest control, and lawn care providers in Florida.

As part of the integration, SunAir will become a private company under Massey Services. The combined business will rank as the fifth-largest pest management company in the U.S. and the largest family-owned company in the industry.

Hyde Park Capital served as investment banker and financial advisor to SunAir Services and also rendered a fairness opinion in connection with the transaction.
