Litestream Technologies is a rapidly growing captive facilities-based provider of bundled services including telephone, cable, high-speed Internet, and alarm monitoring services to new residential master-planned communities, initially in the State of Florida. The services are delivered over deep, high-quality fiber optic distribution systems installed by Litestream within each community using state-of-the-art technology and are originated out of local physical head-ends built and owned by Litestream. The company is based in Tampa, Florida and is partially owned by a subsidiary of TECO Energy, Inc.
