Prostate Services of America, Amertek Medical and Alton Design provide urologists, radiation oncologists and medical facilities with a complete turnkey offering of products and services to treat prostate cancer patients with brachytherapy, the surgical placement of small radioactive “seeds” directly into the prostate to kill the cancer. The companies’ products and services include the sale and distribution of radioactive seeds, both Iodine-125 and Palladium-103, and all equipment, accessories and services necessary to perform ultrasound guided brachytherapy procedures.
