Analyst and Associate Programs
Hyde Park Capital is seeking candidates for its Investment Banking Analyst and Associate positions. Hyde Park Capital is a boutique middle-market investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Our bankers have extensive deal experience across various industries including technology, healthcare, business and financial services, industrial, and consumer. As one of the most active middle-market investment banking firms in the U.S., our professionals have advised on over 300 corporate investment banking transactions totaling more than $10 billion in transaction value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing client presentations and marketing memoranda
- Building detailed financial models to evaluate projected financial results and value companies
- Conducting market analysis and industry research
- Supporting due diligence
- Collaborating closely with senior bankers and other team members
Location and Availability:
- The Analyst position is an on-site role based in Tampa, FL.
- The Associate position may be based on-site in Tampa, FL, hybrid in San Francisco, CA, or hybrid Nashville, TN, depending on candidate preference.
Qualifications:
- Previous Investment Banking full-time or internship experience is preferred for the Analyst position
- 3-4 years of full-time Investment Banking experience is required for the Associate position
- Superior financial modeling skills and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint, and Claude
- Experience with financial databases and software such as PitchBook, CapIQ, and DealCloud
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet specific deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- SIE and Series 79 Certifications are required for the Associate position
