Chris focuses on healthcare and technology industries, with a specialized focus on healthcare IT, digital health, and fintech. His industry expertise also includes a variety of horizontal and vertical software sectors, tech-enabled services, and data & analytics.
Background & Experience
Chris has been with Hyde Park Capital since 2021 and is a seasoned corporate finance professional, bringing over 12 years of wide-ranging experience in investment banking and equity research. Throughout this period, Chris has advised on a number (40+) of strategic and financing transactions ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion in transaction size. Most recently, Chris served as a Vice President at Marlin & Associates in Midtown Manhattan, advising clients in fintech, software, and data & analytics; prior to that, he held positions at larger institutions, including Raymond James and Jefferies, where he executed transactions in both technology and healthcare.
Education
Chris double-majored at Cornell University, graduating with a B.S. in Microbiology and Finance, and was a prominent member of their varsity sprint football team. He is a registered securities professional and holds the Series 79 and 63 licenses.
Community Service
Chris is highly active in the Tampa Bay community, volunteering with organizations such as Feeding Tampa Bay and Metropolitan Ministries. He is also a consistent donor to Toys for Tots during the holiday season, reflecting his commitment to helping families and children in need.
Awards & Recognition
In 2025, Chris was named in Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, recognizing top young professionals making an impact in the region. That same year, he was recognized by the M&A Advisor as one of the winners of the 16th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards, an honor given to young professionals shaping the future of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance. In 2024, he played a pivotal role in a transaction that was awarded Growth Equity Deal of the Year at the M&A Atlas Awards for Accuhealth’s growth capital investment from Sunstone Partners. That same year, he also led Sunniland’s successful sale to SRS Distribution, which was awarded M&A Deal of the Year ($250M-$500M) at the 23rd Annual M&A Advisor Awards. Chris also serves on the Boards of the Florida Venture Forum and the Tampa Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Chris was born and raised in Southern California and is an avid fan of sports teams hailing from Los Angeles. In his spare time, Chris also enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling internationally, and cooking for friends and family.
