Alexa Fannon

ASSOCIATE

Alexa serves as an Associate at Hyde Park Capital.​

With a strong background in investment banking and financial advisory, she plays a key role in deal execution, financial modeling, and market research. She holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives.​

Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, Alexa was an Associate on TD Cowen’s Technology Investment Banking Team in San Francisco, where she gained extensive transaction experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity capital markets (ECM). Her work in the technology sector provided her with deep insight into high-growth industries and innovative financial solutions.​​

A Tampa native, Alexa pursued her education at the University of Florida, earning a Master of International Business with a specialization in International Finance, as well as a B.S.B.A. in Marketing. Her academic background equips her with a well-rounded understanding of global markets, corporate strategy, and financial analysis.​

In her free time, Alexa enjoys cooking, hiking, painting, and drawing. She has a passion for creativity, whether in the kitchen, on canvas, or exploring the outdoors.
