Tampa, Fla. – February 18, 2026 – Hyde Park Capital announced today that Henry Gonzalez, III has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a Managing Director.
In his role, Gonzalez focuses on business development and relationship management across Florida, with a focus on the Greater Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets, advising lower to middle market companies on capital strategy, growth financing, and strategic financial decisions. He works closely with founder and family-owned businesses, management teams, and investors to support growth initiatives, capital decisions, and liquidity events.
Gonzalez brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across banking, credit, and capital markets. Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, he co-founded SI Private Capital Management, which was focused on making principal investments in lower middle market companies.
Previously, he served as Tampa Market President for Beach Community Bank and later The First Bank following its acquisition of Beach Bank, where he built and led commercial lending, real estate, and treasury teams.
Earlier in his career, Gonzalez held senior leadership roles at Mutual of Omaha Bank, Platinum Bank, and The Bank of Tampa, where he managed significant commercial portfolios and multi-market teams.

Gonzalez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of South Florida. He is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking and holds a Professional Master of Banking from LSU.
Based in Tampa, Florida, Gonzalez is actively involved in the business community and currently serves on the ACG Tampa Board, the Jesuit High School Foundation Board, and the SouthState Bank Advisory Board – West Coast.
