USA Growth Investment Deal of the Year
RF Investment Partners majority investment in Valley Infusion and Home Infusion
Hyde Park Capital also received recognition for advising RF Investment Partners on its majority investment in Valley Vital, a leading provider of ambulatory infusion services operating as Valley Infusion and Home Infusion. The investment supports the company’s continued expansion and strengthens its ability to deliver high-quality, patient focused infusion care.
The transaction positions Valley Vital for accelerated growth through expanded services and geographic reach, meeting increasing demand for infusion therapy across multiple care settings. Michael Johnson, Managing Director, led the transaction for Hyde Park Capital.
