A transformative leader in the sales development space, Kelley earned her reputation by building high-performance teams, establishing structured KPIs, and fostering data-driven decision-making. She creates a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring her teams consistently surpass performance targets. Her energetic mindset and focus on continuous improvement yield exceptional pipeline results and drive positive impact at every level of the organization.

Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, Kelley served in senior leadership roles at high-growth and private-equity-owned companies where she was dedicated to revenue growth, sales enablement, and market expansion across multiple sectors.

Education

Kelley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Sales from Elon University. She is committed to ongoing professional development in sales leadership and strategic growth.

Interests & Hobbies

A Tampa native, Kelley Hill is actively engaged in the local yoga community and outside of work, she enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, painting, crocheting, and watching Harry Potter with her two dogs, Bash and Bennie.
