Dania Garcia plays a vital role in supporting the firm’s activities across all industry verticals. She works closely with senior leadership and external partners to ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization, with particular depth in professional services and healthcare.

Background & Experience

Since joining Hyde Park Capital in 2015, Dania has overseen all financial operations, compliance, and reporting functions. She brings extensive experience in financial leadership roles across public accounting, corporate finance, and consulting. Her early career began in audit at Arthur Andersen in New York City, followed by her work at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in Jersey City, NJ. Over the years, she has held various senior financial positions in the pharmaceutical industry, the M&A advisory space, and has led numerous consulting engagements in the role of CFO.

Dania is known for her attention to detail, integrity, and cross-functional leadership, contributing significantly to Hyde Park Capital’s operational strength and strategic direction.

Education

Dania graduated with high honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Community Service

Passionate about social justice, Dania actively volunteers with Rescue America, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending human trafficking by helping survivors reclaim their freedom and dignity.

Outside of work, Dania enjoys traveling, playing beach volleyball, skiing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
