Dealer Wizard offers franchised and independent dealers a suite of integrated technologies, including Data Mining, Inventory Management, F/I, and Marketing solutions that significantly increase efficiencies across the dealership and allow dealers to spend more time selling and servicing automobiles while increasing profitability. Hyde Park Capital served as the exclusive investment banker to Dealer Wizard for this transaction.
