Mr. Hodgdon has 14 years of capital markets experience as an equity research analyst and investment banker focused on middle-market growth companies. His primary responsibilities at Hyde Park Capital include originating, evaluating, executing and managing investment banking transactions. Mr. Hodgdon has significant corporate finance experience advising both private and public companies across numerous industries on mergers and acquistions, capital raises of equity and debt, fairness opinions and general financial advisory assignments. Mr. Hodgdon was previously employed in the Investment Banking departments at Banc of America Securities, LLC and Raymond James & Associates, Inc.
Mr. Hodgdon graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. degree in Economics. Mr. Hodgdon holds Series 7, 24 63 and 79 securities licenses.

Jeffrey A. Bridge

Mr. Bridge is responsible for originating and executing investment banking mandates in the technology, business services and industrial sectors. Mr. Bridge has over 10 years of investment banking and consulting experience and has participated in over $1 billion of M&A transactions. Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, he served as a Senior Associate with Citigroup's middle market investment bank, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. He was responsible for conducting both the financial analysis and market research performed for established Citigroup clients and the relationship building for potential clients.
Previous to joining Citigroup, Mr. Bridge worked as an Acquisitions Analyst for Airem Capital Group, LLC. As the lead due diligence officer for all acquisitions and management takeovers for the firm and its clients, Mr. Bridge was involved in all aspects of acquisition support, due diligence and valuation modeling. He was also an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Andersen Consulting.
Mr. Bridge graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1999. Mr. Bridge also received an MBA in Corporate Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, where he was named the Wall Street Executive Fellow. Mr. Bridge holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
