Mr. Bosl is currently a Vice President with Hyde Park Capital supporting its mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising and corporate finance efforts. His responsibilities include new business development, pre-transaction advisory, deal oversight and execution, transaction structuring and negotiation. Industry focus includes Software / Tech-Enabled Services, Transportation & Logistics, Industrial and Energy.
Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, Mr. Bosl worked within Morgan Stanley’s Fixed Income Division and was employed by a North American subsidiary of Électricité de France where he was responsible for originating, analyzing, structuring, and negotiating complex financial transactions complementary to EDF’s trading, distribution and services businesses.
Mr. Bosl graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Business Administration. In addition, Mr. Bosl holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Hendricks is responsible for identifying and managing client relationships in Atlanta, Nashville, Birmingham and the broader SE region.
His career spans 30+ years with public and private companies including Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Motorola and wireless software business PDA Dimensions. Mr. Hendricks was on the microelectronics manufacturing team responsible for the first handheld cellular phone; and the technology startup he co-founded in 1993 at Georgia Tech’s ATDC incubator developed DispatchITTM for Simon, the first 3rd party Smartphone app ever commercially licensed. Most recently, he served as the HP General Manager for global e-Payments company First Data.
As an entrepreneur, Jeff developed mobile software for clients in the healthcare, banking, logistics and travel industries. As a corporate professional, he has led sales, manufacturing and product teams. Mr. Hendricks graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree. He also holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives.
Jeff is active with the Associate for Corporate Growth and serves on the capital committee for ACG Atlanta 2018.
Vice President of Business Development
Ms. Gold is the Vice President of Business Development for Hyde Park Capital. She is responsible for identifying and originating new client relationships and managing new business development activities.
Ms. Gold has over 15 years of marketing and business development experience. Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, she served as Business Development Executive at Grant Thornton. Previous to joining Grant Thornton, Ms. Gold was the marketing director for Cherry, Bekaert, LLP and a regional law firm. She began her career in the corporate marketing department for a division of GE Capital.
Ms. Gold graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Emporia State University. She is an active member of the Tampa Bay business community, which includes being an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Construction Financial Management Association, and the Florida Venture Forum. She has held multiple committee positions with the American Cancer Society and has been active with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, Mr. Hendrick worked as an Associate with KPMG LLP’s State and Local Tax practice.
Mr. Hendrick graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He also holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives.
