John H. Hill, Jr.

Mr. Hill is a Senior Managing Director and co-founder of Hyde Park Capital Partners, LLC. During his career, Mr. Hill has executed hundreds of transactions, in aggregate totaling more than $5 billion, including numerous mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory engagements, initial and secondary public offerings, private placements of equity and debt securities and fairness opinions.

Prior to forming Hyde Park Capital in January 2000, Mr. Hill was employed for nine years in the Investment Banking Department at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., most recently in the position of Managing Director and Head of the Investment Banking Technology Group, which he co-founded in 1991. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Hill was employed by Morgan Stanley in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group within the Investment Banking Department in New York City. Mr. Hill also has prior work experience at IBM Corporation.

Mr. Hill is a former director and Chairman of the Florida Venture Forum. He is a former Director and Chairman of the Investment Advisory Council, the Oversight Board for the $130 Billion State of Florida Pension Fund. He is a member of the Tampa Bay CEO Council, ACG and on the Advisory Board for the University of Tampa Center for Entrepreneurship.
Mr. Hill holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Hill was awarded the Beta Gamma Sigma honorary at the University of North Carolina. Mr. Hill holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.

John M. McDonald III

Mr. McDonald is a Senior Managing Director and a co-founder of Hyde Park Capital Partners, LLC. At Hyde Park, Mr. McDonald originates, executes and manages private equity and debt placements, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and general financial advisory engagements. Prior to founding Hyde Park in January 2000, Mr. McDonald was a Managing Director of the Investment Banking Healthcare Technology/Life Sciences Group at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., where he worked as an investment banker in their corporate finance group for over 11 years.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. McDonald was employed by IBM Corporation and Motorola, Inc. While at IBM, Mr. McDonald worked as a mechanical engineer on the development team for IBM's initial personal computer products which included the PC, PC-XT, PC-AT and PS2 Series. At Motorola, Mr. McDonald worked as a mechanical engineer on the development team for the world's first consumer cellular telephone which was launched in the fall of 1983.

Mr. McDonald holds a B.S.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from the Duke University School of Engineering where he graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the Tau Beta Pi honorary. In addition, Mr. McDonald holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. McDonald holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.

Mr. McDonald serves on the Board of Trustees for the Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa, FL; the Board of Directors for Fifth Third Bank (Tampa Bay); the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth; the Board of Advisors for the Center for Entrepreneurship for the University of South Florida; and, the Board of Advisors for CLW Real Estate Services Group, which is headquartered in Tampa.
