Michael K. Mariani

Mr. Mariani is currently an Associate with Hyde Park Capital supporting its mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising, and corporate finance efforts.

Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, he worked as a Summer Associate in the firm’s internship program. Previous experience also includes over six years of service as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, with deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mr. Mariani joined Hyde Park Capital following the completion of an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, where he specialized in corporate finance and investment banking. Mr. Mariani also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
