Mr. Bridge works with other senior investment bankers to originate and execute Hyde Park Capital’s investment banking transactions. Prior to joining Hyde Park Capital, he served as a Senior Associate with Citigroup’s middle market investment bank, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. He was responsible for conducting both the financial analysis and market research performed for established Citigroup clients and the relationship building for potential clients.

Previous to joining Citigroup, Mr. Bridge worked as an Acquisitions Analyst for Airem Capital Group, LLC. As the lead due diligence officer for all acquisitions and management takeovers for the firm and its clients, Mr. Bridge was involved in all aspects of acquisition support, due diligence and valuation modeling. He was also an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Andersen Consulting. In aggregate, Mr. Bridge has participated in over $750 million of M&A transactions in a variety of industries including business services, industrials, healthcare and financial services.

Mr. Bridge graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1999. Mr. Bridge also received an MBA in Corporate Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, where he was named the Wall Street Executive Fellow. Mr. Bridge holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
